Q. Why can’t I go to State of Ohio unclaimed funds and find the money?

A. These funds are never turned over to the State of Ohio. They are held by various agencies.

 

Q. How did you locate me?

A. Either through our own efforts on the internet or we pay a company that specializes in locating people.

 

Q. How do you get paid?

A. We charge a % of the amount recovered and we pay all costs and attorney fees.

 

Q. How do I know I am getting the amount promised me?

A. All of our attorneys include a copy of the check they receive from the court along with your check to ensure
you that you are getting the amount agreed upon.

 

Q. How do I know this is not a scam?

A. We ask for no confidential information.

We never ask for your social security number.

We ask for no money and give you a written letter from the attorney stating that you will never be billed
(see attorney page under “Letters of Assurance”).

We strongly advise you to contact one or all of our attorneys listed on the attorney list
to verify our credibility.

An attorney is not going to risk his license to practice law over one transaction.

We are registered with the Ohio Secretary Of State.

 

Q. If I call will the attorney be familiar with my name?

A. No we do not give the attorney information on you until you sign up.

 

Q. What happens if the attorney is unable to recover the funds?

A. Our agreement clearly states that you will NEVER be billed by Unclaimed Funds Locators or the attorney.

 

Q. Is it hard for me to sign up?

A. No we need two signatures; our finder’s agreement and an attorney’s agreement authorizing the attorney to
you. We pay all attorney fees.

 

Q. Can we do this by E-Mail, fax or through the mail?

A. Yes

A. By not signing up with us.
